Who we are

BottleneckJA is a digital growth consultancy based in Kingston, Jamaica, and a brand of Vonzucci, a sole trader business registered in Jamaica. In these terms, “we” means Vonzucci, trading as BottleneckJA, and “you” means anyone using this website or booking a free business check.

These terms cover this website and the free business check. Paid work is covered by the written proposal or agreement you sign with us, and that document wins if the two ever disagree.

Using this website

You’re welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please don’t:

• Send false details, or details about someone else without their permission.
• Use the forms to send spam or advertising.
• Try to break, overload or copy the site in bulk (scraping, automated requests).

We may block requests that look automated or abusive.

The free business check

• What it is: a call of about 15 minutes where we look at how your business shows up online, followed by written findings.
• What it costs: nothing. No card, no contract, and no obligation to buy anything from us.
• What you keep: the findings are yours to act on however you like, with us or without us.
• How many: we take a limited number each week. If we can’t fit you in, we’ll tell you and offer the next available time.
• When we may say no: if the request looks like spam or isn’t from a business, or if we can’t help with what you need. We’ll tell you why.

The findings are our honest professional opinion based on what we can see at the time. They aren’t a guarantee of any result.

Quotes and paid work

• Any quote is in writing and in Jamaican dollars unless it says otherwise. No GCT (sales tax) is added to our prices.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
• Work starts only once you’ve accepted the proposal in writing. Payment terms, what is delivered and who owns it are set out in that proposal.

Results and the demos on this site

We work hard for results, but we can’t promise a specific number of customers, sales, followers or search positions. Those depend on things outside our control, including your market, your prices and the platforms themselves.

Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and other platforms set their own rules and can change them at any time. We’re not responsible for their decisions, such as an ad being rejected or an account being restricted, though we’ll help you deal with them.

The demos on this site (the chatbot, the WhatsApp flows, the search and document examples) use made-up businesses and scripted answers. They show what is possible; what we build for you is set up around your real products and policies.

The “Ask a question” chat is an automated assistant. It answers from this website, but it can get things wrong. Only a written quote or agreement from us counts; nothing the chat says is an offer or a promise.

Our content and yours

The text, design and images on this site belong to Vonzucci or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for your own business without asking.

Anything you send us (your logo, photos, account access, figures) stays yours. You let us use it only to prepare your business check or deliver the work you asked for. We treat it as confidential.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites (for example WhatsApp or Google) where it helps. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they do or publish.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this site accurate and working, but it is general information, not advice for your specific business until we’ve looked at it.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) from using this site or the free business check. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under Jamaican law, including the Consumer Protection Act, that can’t be excluded.

How we collect and use your details is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and the law

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. The version in place when you booked applies to your free business check.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica deal with any dispute. We’d always rather sort it out with a conversation first.
